I saw BAT on browser. So you can fund BAT wallet with BTC, LTC and ETH. Can we transfer BAT from one wallet to another, for example, I want to send some BAT to you, can I do that?

No you can't; at least as of now. Also keep in mind that the Brave wallet is unidirectional. Check out the screen below;
I guess you can push funds into this account which could flow to the publishers sites but you cannot pull BAT out as a regular ERC20 wallet.
