If you value your privacy you better think twice of what you leave behind in public places.
Heather Dewey-Hagborg is an artist and bio-hacker from Brooklyn, New York. She is most noted for her debatable project "Stranger Visions". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heather_Dewey-Hagborg
She creates 3D printed portraits from stranger's DNA she collects from public places in the form of cigarettes, hair, chewing gum, saliva in a glass etc.
The DNA she collects is sequenced at the biotechnology laboratory, Genspace, and from this extracted DNA, she can determine factors like gender, eye colour, ethnicity and a whole lot of other usefull information.
She then feeds this information to a program that will 3D print a portrait of the gathered information.
Although she claims that the likeness will probably not be accurate as to identify the owner of the DNA, by their face, at this time, it can still leave you with the uncomfortable feeling of invation of your privacy.
This is open for debate, but what if this technology is improved upon in the future and are used for questionable purposes or by weird people.
