The recent crash between a Tesla Model S and a firetruck in Utah, USA, has been decoded by the police and the findings show some unsettling truth. As per the police, the Tesla increased its speed moments before the crash.

The autonomous car initially slowed down while following another vehicle but when it changed lanes, the Tesla S sped up without realizing the stopped fire truck in the front. Heather Lommatzsch, who was behind the wheel, expected the car's autopilot to apply emergency brakes but that did not happen.
