"MobileStudio Pro" vs "microsoft surface book 2"

Hello, today is coming out the new microsoft surface book 2.

My question:
To get the "MobileStudio Pro" or the "microsoft surface book 2"

My background:
Last notebook I used in 2009 was a (Motion Computing Windows Tablet). I primarily work on a powerfull workstation with 3 GPUs, 34" Ultrawide display and a wacom cintiq 21". Modeling, 3d Render and designsketch work. But now i want get a new portal device for design work and sketches/paints but that also can handle some 3d modeling or sculpting work. I need a device that's run with windows. Tables OS are not enough.

My thoughts:
I think microsoft surface book 2 is a better workhorse (CPU,GPU, RAM and display) but I'm no sure about the pen quality.

Wacom MobileStudio Pro has proofen to be the best device for artist for paint and sketch work. Has build in Intel® RealSenseTM 3D camera (not sure if it works good or its crap). But in specs its below the microsoft surface book 2 at the a higher price.(CPU,GPU, RAM and display)
