Warning!! Hackers are getting around the 2-factor authentication
The email is what the hacker used to fool people: Once they successfully access your online accounts, they plan to get around the 2-factor authorization by pretending to be support.
The person replies and the noxious hacker initiates the code to be sent to the victim. The hacker then simply accesses the account, and the victim doesn't know until it's too late.
Hackers are always proactive in trying to get unauthorized access to one's system! Sadly they can break into your laptop, desktop, cellular phone and other devices. Many people are using the 2-factor authentication, yet hackers still was able to fool people into thinking that someone accessed their accounts by sending out an email.
Please take precaution on your security. Make sure that you change your passwords every 3 months. Don't use the same password for separate online sites. To make a strong password, consider including a special character (!@#$%..)
Upper & lower case letters will make the password more secured.
Lastly, make sure that your antivirus is up to date and that it comes with a firewall so you won't be easily exploited. In my next post I will discuss the various options for antivirus programs. Please view the picture below, for it shows what message the hacker used to fool his victims.
