Great Technology Deals Strike in June
Tron acquired BitTorrent and Microsoft acquired GitHub in same month of June
Great deals have been made in this month of June where two great tech companies were acquired one by Microsoft and they other by Cryptocurrency Tron TRX.
pixabayIt is not longer news that Microsoft bought GitHub this month of June.
On June 4th, 2018 the Giant tech company Microsoft acquired GitHub; the popular Git-based code sharing and collaboration service with over 28million developers, making it the word largest host of source code globally for $7.5 Billion.
GitHub raised $350 million and we recognise that the agency became valued at about $2 billion around 2015.
Former CEO of Xamarin, Nat Friedman (and now Microsoft corporate vice president) will become GitHub’s CEO. GitHub founder and previous CEO Chris Wanstrath turns into a Microsoft technical fellow and will work on strategic software program projects.
Wanstrath had retaken his CEO function after his co-founder Tom preston-werner resigned following a harassment investigation in 2014.
However there has been some rumors that Microsoft has been looking it approaches around open source starting from 2015. Microsoft now supports Ubuntu on it Windows 10 operating system. Some people are against Microsoft while some are in support, but regarding the speech of GitHub former CEO, he said he's happy that Microsoft could buy GitHub and they will work to expand and deliver more supports to open source projects and it developers around the globe.
Tron acquired BitTorrent
The Cryptocurrency which is currently listed as number 10 on CoinmarketCap CMC with Market Cap estimated around $3.2 Billion is making a big waves which crypto world won't stop talking about it, TRX has acquired BitTorrent at $140 million on the 19th of June.
Tron which the technology is based on entertainment as acquired BitTorrent. Recent trending tweets about crypto is mainly about Tron TRX. TRX surged over 15% within the last seven days.

Micorsoft purchase on Github, we just hope is a good one and seeing a crypto company purchasing a great companis as such, i think is a good move. Crypto to the moon @horpey
