How to used full Net bandwidth

Each version of Microsoft Windows keeps 20% of the total bandwidth reserved for its own. You can use all the bandwidth just by closing it.

Please do the following procedures:

1 => start menu► click to run gpedit.msc ► Click on ENTER

2=> Local Computer Policy >> Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Networks QOS Packet Scheduler Posts Limit Reservable Bandwidth

3=> Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth. Now see not configure 20% or 80% is the default.

Click Enable and apply bandwidth by 0% ... now you used full bandwidth
