We are very excited to share one of our huge projects implemented in Kosovo for a better #digitalizations such as Tech4Policy.

#Tech4Policy empowers young women to design digital solutions to governance and democratization challenges in Kosovo’s municipalities.

Over the past few months, we have hosted over 100 young women in our offices and put our effort together to build digital solutions for Kosovo's municipalities!
This project is aimed to achieve these purposes:

Problem diagnosis

We work with municipalities and local communities to identify the burning problems they face day in day out.

Digital problem-solving

We create a supportive environment for catalyzation of innovative solutions that leverage modern technologies for contributing to social good.

Skill development and product design

We equip young women with the necessary skills to design real-world digital solutions to local governance challenges.

Last week we selected the three winning teams of #Tech4Policy who benefited around 20,000 EUR to fully develop the digital solutions they proposed for local municipalities around Kosovo.

During their intensive workshop phase, these three groups have proposed the most innovative solutions that leverage modern technologies for contributing to social good.

In addition, the nine young women are working on their first real project in a very innovative work/practice mix. We are very excited to have signed with them their first ever contracts as for the next four months they will be sharing our offices and working closely with our team and mentors to advance their skills and design platforms to best benefit their community.
