(After rolling out an Adobe Reader update, some machines failed) one user raises a support ticket 'My computer can no longer open PDF files, therefore it must be old please could you replace with a new computer as a priority?'
I imagine they started sulking once their computer was suddenly once again capable of PDF reading 5 minutes later.
Like i have a store room full of new computers.
Teacher: I need help with Excel
Me: Sure
Teacher: How do I turn scroll lock off?
