Giant turd buildings may be fast and useful, but I can see this being really cool for freeform stuff over chicken wire, or maybe for in-fills of timberframes, 'plastering' over used tire and can style 'Earthships' etc. Pretty dang cool. Is the fiber material hemp by any chance?
