Walt Disney officially acquired Century Fox for $ 52.4 billion.

 After speculation, Century Fox finally became a part of Disney.

The New York Times  reported that Walt Disney had reached an agreement to acquire a majority of 21st Century Fox assets after trading up to $ 52.4 billion worth of shares.Walt Disney will acquire Fox Studios, Nat Geo, Sky, Hulu, FX Networks, National Geographic, but not Fox News and some sports channels. More importantly, Disney holds a multibillion-dollar movie franchise. Besides $ 52.4 billion, Disney will be responsible for some of Fox's debts.This agreement is still awaiting approval from state management agencies. However, this is only a matter of time. 

 Disney is becoming an online, movie and television empire.

"We are honored that Rupert Murdoch trusts and empowers us to run a business that he has built a lifetime for," said Disney president Rober A.Iger.

Newspaper  The Telegraph  said that Disney holds ownership Century Fox will be good news for fans of Marvel. There, the Marvel superheroes have become real home after a hiatus.

Marvel has belonged to Walt Disney since 2009 stars trading $ 4 billion. Synopsis, the company has in hand the copyright of a series of superhero characters. However, over time, they can not exploit some projects on X-Men, Deadpool, Fantastics Four due to have belonged to Fox before. 

 Avatar has officially belonged to Disney.

Of course, a Disney-based parent company that holds the copyright, the skepticism about the existence of 18+ film works. Deadpool  or  The Wolverine  will be hard to hit as bloody old.

According to the  New York Times , the deal is the largest deal in the industry. With the holding of Fox, not only the movie industry but even the streaming arena, Disney has become a major competitor for Apple, Amazon, Facebook and Google in the online video industry.
