We all can attest to the fact that Tech has been experiencing a rapid growth for many years with new inventions and technical solutions popping at regular intervals. There are now many technological alternatives that could be employed in the execution of tasks and operations which have resulted in efficient outputs and in turn, made most companies automate more of their processes rather than stick to the traditional manual solutions.

Tech is obviously the future and with the Fourth Industrial Revolution which could be characterized by a synergetic merge of technologies that is believed to blur the lines between digital, physical and biological spheres, a new set of skills would be required for the workforce to fit into the future.

In some few years, millions of jobs would be replaced with automated machines as impressive progress has been made in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI) with some already in play such as self-driving cars, virtual assistants, drones and software that can translate or invest.

This development would result in the emergence of new markets, new knowledge, jobs that never existed, new requirements of skill set for employment and the likes. Everyone would need to be prepared and enlightened to thrive and adapt to the new revolution or be left forever trying to catch up.
