It happens many times we are browsing a simple page of google and the computer simply does not walk, it may be your internet connection that does not work well, but it is more likely to be junk in your operating system.
For cleaning it, I recommend a very interesting tool called Ccleaner (google it) that promotes a smooth operation of the machine.

The hardware.

It is yes, and not everyone can touch it, but if you want, you can try to remove the screws.

• But what does the hardware involve?

Surely your computer heats up, and this should be because it has a part called a cooler, which carries heat away from various components like the CPU and the graphics chip.
In this case it may be interrupted with dust.

• Thermal paste?

Yes very important, this is what transfers the heat of the components to the cooler, and sometimes it stays stiff and no longer transfers anything at all!
