Scammer says he will call the police
I called these scammers on the Aussie number that appears on their fake popup: +61 1800431247 which is a VoIP number provided by symbionetworks.com and they refuse to take down the scammers VoIP number. The scammers sometimes seem to be playing a message saying "number is not in service" if you dial from a silent number, so you may have to display a number (probably Aussie number) to get through. I have called these scammers before here
If you're in Australia and want some free throw away sim/phone numbers that can be activated for free and ring 1800 numbers for a few weeks get some here https://www.telstra.com.au/mobile-phones/prepaid-mobiles/free-prepaid-multi-fit-sim-starter-kit (they say one per person, but I've managed to get about 20 over a period of a few days, just be aware that once you have more than 5 activated services, Telstra may start suspending your older services).
