The helping mindset

A little boy was standing outside the shoe store on a very cold day barefooted. He looked so tattered and smelling. He was looking through the window of a shoe store shivering.

A rich lady and beautiful lady came out of that store. While she was waiting for a ride she saw the little boy. She approached him and she noticed that he was so engrossed in what he was looking at. She asked him, “Kid, Why are you looking so earnestly in that window??”

With tears in his eyes, he replied the rich woman saying “ I have been asking God to give me a pair of shoes..” because I don't have any but it doesn't seem like he is interested in my plight. She was so shocked to hear such statement from a little boy so she decided to listen to his story fully.

After listening to the boy's story, the lady took the boy inside the store, she asked the sales girl if she can get a bowl of water and towel. The sales girl gave her the water and the bowl, she then took the boy to the back of the store.

She knelt down before the boy, It seemed like he was dreaming when she first did that. While waiting for what was going to happen next, she removed her gloves, dried his hands and feet with the water and towel, she then took him back to the store to buy him some pair of socks and shoe.

The sales girl brought the socks and shoes and gave it to the woman. She took them and again knelt down. She Placed the pair of socks upon the boy and also gave him the shoe to wear. She bought more pair of socks and gave them to him so that he can change it often and patted him on head saying, “Kid, hope you are more comfortable now?

After she has done that, the boy was very happy, while she was leaving the boy held her hand and looked straight to her eyes with tears and he replied saying “Are you God’s wife??”
She just smiled and said "life is a wheel and so it always spins". Today's pauper can become tomorrow's president so i try not to look down on anybody.
