MY GOVERNMENT HAS FAILED US BY GIVING OUT SHOE POLISH KITS AS EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
It is very disheartening to find out that the government of a country that is supposed to provide employment and empowerment to its citizens have turned the country into a shameless laughing place. It is worthy to note that without education, doom is bound to happen in a nation. There's is need for the government to put more effort towards ensuring that it's citizens are educated. What is this fails to happen? This is the story and the state of my country: Nigeria. My country's population is approximately 170 million, out of this number, 12 million youths from the north only are uneducated.

How can a senator who is said to have his people at heart give out Shoe Polish kits to its people calling it empowerment?

This is a shameless act in its highest order. The question then will be, how do they expect the citizens to make a living? This is where anti social vices come in. They are vulnerable to all kinds of environmental vices. Funny enough the government is supposed to provide education to the youths for the betterment of their lives. In my heart, I feel Pain, my eyes are heavy, the air is hard to breath in. Who'll bail the citizens out? Who'll liberate us from this shameless act? Well, that's the issue for another day. To the Nigerian government, you've failed us. You've taken our quietness for weakness. Nevertheless, we're watching. Justice will prevail. We're not weak. We're only waiting for the right time to act. Our tears cannot go in vain. This is our time to act! The masses will arise, they'll cry for their rights. Only then it'll be too late. Or tears shall not be in vain!
