Frolovsky Women's Monastery is a holy place in Kiev (founded 16th century)

Today I went out for a walk around the city and then wandered into one interesting place - Frolovsky monastery.
This is the Holy Ascension Convent on Podol in Kiev, founded in the beginning of the 16th century.
The denomination is Orthodoxy.
In the official painting of Kiev, compiled in 1682, the convent on Podol is mentioned with two wooden churches, one for the Holy Martyr Flora and the other for the Holy Martyr Laurus.
Still there are many planting trees.
