Meat in French [Ukrainian style]

Good time of the day to all off you!
Far away from you for a long time I was busy with moving away from the one living place to another.
As soon as I moved, I've got a very comfortable kitchen right in my hands. The best gladness for us became the correctly functioning oven. We missed about it in our last flat... So, I decided not to waste a time and make my girls happy with some thing really tasty.
In my opinion, in the family the man should care about the meat dishes. My better half never try to call in question, and you should agree - it is not so easy to argue. And what was waited for them this time:

As far as I am not a fan of recipes, the pork I took was not enough. Maybe we made it into very thick pieces or was wrong about the size of baking tray, and it appeared too big for the half kilo of pork... But, as you can see the chicken helped)
A standard baking tray is covered with 0,5 kilo of pork fillet and 0,3 kilo of chicken fillet

For my cuisine and marinades I use not simple spices - salt and the black pepper powder.

For this dish the one more necessary ingredient is mayonnaises!
By two simple spices and one famous souse we will cover every layer.
First one was the meat.
Then onion - it is never too much...

The onion layer we cover with the layer of the potato. Do not forget put salt and pepper on the each our layer

The mayonnaises again, salt, pepper, and at least, the most beauty...

As the saying goes: it is never too much cheese in the meat? And it is really true, it will be better to put as much more cheese. The family will appreciate!

And then put it into the warmed baking tray for 30 to 40 minutes... Depends from the layer thickness. My oven temperature was placed on 200 degree for the all cooking time

To be sure that it is ready, we pierce the potato in the few places on the tray with thin wood wand. The pierce should go soft and without obstacles.
