This is for the Thursday Colorful Photography, and I thought I would share a couple of shots of some colorful Graffiti I have got on walks around the city.
This first shot is the store Scrapyard at 300 W Broadway, New York, NY 10013, I understand it is a Store selling spray paint & other materials used to create graffiti & street art.

And this second shot is a bit of art i saw on the sidewalk one morning while walking around, I am not sure if it has any significance or meaning.

That is pretty vibrant. It doesn't appear to have much of a discernible form, though I can make out text. It's a good look for a scrap yard door, though!
@fotosdenada The only text is above the door, the art on the door is as you say free flowing
At first glance, it looks as if there are letters, but you're right. It is a total abstraction. I wonder why they didn't paint something scrapyard-esque...
I was also thinking, it's too bad the car in the foreground doesn't have hubcaps to match! I had a friend who bought a car with no hubcaps. I bought some genaric ones and painted them hot pink metallic, with a top coat of glitter and silver paw prints in the middle. That would have fit with the Scrap Yard door.

!STOP!cool store. I guess if thats what your selling you had better have some quality graffiti on the storefront haha. San Francisco always has some quality street art. I should take more pictures when I see it.
For sure it would be pretty slack if that had some rough art on the storefront, I thought it was cool,
I have never made it to San Francisco so would love to see some of the art there
That eagle looks so cool! I like the vibrant colors of the other graffiti as well!

Very colourful - the scrapyard store and the sidewalk... How it brightens up the neighbourhood! :)
