DOWN AT THE BEACH
It was Waitangi Day holiday on Thursday, and it was a nice sunny day. I walked down to the beach and lurked in the sand dunes taking some photos.

Really nice.
But, does it bother you that only a few miles away is some of the deepest holes to be found around the world?
What holes? - no bugger it I don't think I want to know :)
Hardware store was sold out of face masks - must be all the holes...
Nice beach... About the only place you have any level ground....
Must be half goat to live there.

We live at the edge if a big flat area, so the bottom on our path is only 10m above sea level, and it's a 2k flat walk in one direction to the beach, and a 1.5k walk in the opposite direction to the harbour - so we can see both lots of water out of the window as well as a lot of rooftops
