Hi @webgrrrl ☺️ it was yummy indeed! And the noodles we're more like our "Tang Hoon" instead of the typical yellow flour noodle. Those toppings are actually smoked fish flakes & bits of crispy pork skin 😅 so texture was a mix of gravy-ish & crunchy cracklings as you chew
