我不是大廚之《鹽蒸雞》
好久沒吃肉肉,
來個鹽巴蒸雞肉,
這到菜餚小時候媽媽經常給我們做的,
雞汁配飯可是一流的!
材料:
2個 雞腿(切塊)
8片 老薑(切絲)
50毫升 清水
1小撮 鹽巴
如有:苟子或當歸 可依自己喜好加入
製作過程:
先把1小撮的鹽巴將雞腿給醃製15分鐘。(如醃製隔夜雞肉會比較入味哦)
把薑絲放在雞腿表面,再倒入50毫升的水分。
灑一點胡椒粉在表面。
再把它給放進已經煮沸的蒸爐上,用小火蒸上20分鐘就可以享受這鹽蒸雞了!
