Newbie should attend Bootcamp

Once again I had the opportunity attending the steemian bootcamp which is held on thrusday night at kota kinabalu sabah recommended by @danieldoughty. This time I was able to meet and get acquainted with more steemians. I do not think that @teammalaysia sabah has many members who are actually so active and willing to engage in such meetings.

There's a lot more to me as a newbie needs to learn about steemit, so here's the purpose of bootcamp held to illuminate the newbie basic knowledge of steemit. We are so lucky to have such a supportive senior to helped us in terms of our growth and also to develop the @teammalaysia sabah community. Among the seniors who also contributed much to this bootcamp @daneldaughtry, @veenang, @wilsonkoh, and @papanog (who is unable to come at the night)

I'm as a newbie always have the same problem in trying to understand the steemit, what we discussed in the bootcamp helped me knowing and understanding steemit more deeply. Here is the few things we discussed about, i list it as a form of question :

What is it steemit? And what's the difference with other social media?

What actually block chain mean?

How to write a better self-introduction?

How is steemian getting paid?

How can steemt help in charity?

Is steemit just for writing a blog, what is interesting in it?

There are many more things we discuss actually, of course we have questionnaire session and i am very impressed with those who created the website purpose to asking a question without mention the name of the questioner. That makes the session more easier and actually encourage and helps the newbie not to feel embarrassed at asking questions.

I highly recommend more newbie to attend the bootcamp at any time if it is held again, we can learn and explore together. At the same time we we can making friends, develop the community and grow together as a family ❤
