Strong Leg and Awesome Rear End!
If you have been looking for an awesome workout for your lower limb, front squat will an excellent choice.
But make sure you are doing the right technique, do it wrong, you might end up with busted knee.
Look at the Gif above, it may look easy but if do it right, you will feel the burning senstion on your front thigh, your anterior tabialis or your front calves and your bum!
HOW YOU DO IT RIGHT!
Your starting position will be standing.
Your hand extended forward or folded to your chest.
Make sure your feet are at the same level with your shoulder.
Before you squat, lift both your toe.
Sit back while imagining your are sitting on an invisible chair, remember to keep both your toe up.
Make sure when you squat, your knee is at 90 degree .
While performing squat, make sure your knee is behind your toe.
Perform all movement up and down according to above position!
WHAT WILL YOU FEEL?
Burning sensation on your buttocks.
Burning senstion on your front thigh.
Burning sensation on your front calves.
HOW LONG DO I DO THIS?
You can do this workout until you can't bear the burning sensation, also known as workout to failure.
You can also repeat 15 reps x 5 sets with 1 minute rest in between.
or you can use timing eg 1 min, 2 mins or even 4 minutes.
WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM THIS WORKOUT?
Firmer buttocks.
Strong legs.
Less injury prone.
SEXY Legs and Bum!
