1st Labuan Steemian gathering

Hello everyone...

I attended the very first gathering of Labuan Steemians last night at Mortar Cafe and Lounge, Labuan.

Mortar Cafe and Lounge is located at ground floor, Lazenda Hotel. They serve a variety of delicious food with affordable price. The place is spacious, cosy and with the concept of industrial look as the interior design, they offer a very relaxing ambiance too. It's a very nice place to hang out with friends and families. So, whenever you guys visit Labuan, please drop by at Mortar Cafe and Lounge and try it yourself.

Thanks to @diamondray for organizing the gathering, for your time and effort in preparing all the slideshows. The presentation delivered with so much information whereby it makes me understand more about steemit, cryptocurrencies, how to write a good content blog which include the do's and dont's to attract more followers, the explanation of voting power, curation and so much more.

@wilsonkoh who was also there for the gathering shared his knowledge with us, especially the new comers who are still waiting for their passwords, on how to navigate through the steemit webpage. He shows us how to upload a post, how to search and view other people's page and what tag to choose at the end of the blog. Yes, it is important to choose the suitable tag every time you want to post a blog. Am I right @wilsonkoh? :) Thank you!

Overall, it's a worth 2 hours informative gathering. It's an additional joy to meet up with old friends and at the same time to make new one. Absolutely, STEEMIT is another platform for me to meet and greet old and new friends no matter where they are.

Looking forward to the next gathering and hopefully more Labuanese will join us next time. I am proud to be one of the pioneer of Labuan Steemians!
