GOOD HEALTHY BEGINS AT HOME

Good health is nowplaying an important role in each and every human being because it isa state of the well-being of all aspects of our life, be it physical,emotional or mental. One’s family, community and culture are basicelements that have an enduring influence on every area of one’slife. To say that health begins at home is no exaggeration. First ofall, a child’s view of living healthily can be attributed to houserules, family attitudes, emotional support and his family’seconomic standing.

For every children,family is the suitable place where they all born and grew with them.Even there is phrase that ‘blood is thicker than water’. Thefamily is responsible for everything to do with health. Many childrenlearn about healthy social interaction from older family members likegrandparents, parents. Young adults learn the value of proper dietaryhabits and regular exercise when they see the fitness state of olderfamily members.

The current state of achild’s emotional and mental health, although not obvious tooutsiders, is easily visible to his family members. The complexitytoday’s technology society and its demands are making it difficultfor parents to spend quality time with their children. However, parents must give it a priority as their children need to feel loved, wanted and cared for. When a child receives enough love and caring from a stable family life, it can make their life stress-free. Even the child can get a beautiful outlook beyond their imaginations.

One such habit that a child needs to adopt is regular exercise. In a research in the USA, the scientists state that more than 50% of today’s youngsters are not getting enough physical activity properly. Besides, the number ofobese people is increasing for every 24-hour. As a suggestion,children should be discouraged from turning into couch potatoes earlyin life. Couples also should start a fitness plan for the family assoon as they are married. When we execute this kind of plan, childrenwill ensure that the whole family is healthy.

Moreover, eating food isone of the man’s greatest passions but it is plays a vital role inchoosing our state of physical health. Parents have the biggestresponsibility on their children’s eating styles. Parents shouldmake their children aware that fruit, vegetables, grains and milkbelong to the good food group and should be consumed regularly.Normally, sweet food is known as occasional treats such as ice cream,chocolate, and candies. So, it proves that food classification isvery important to a healthy family.

An ounce of prevention isworth a pound of cure- a cliché perhaps, yet true in describing therole of the family in helping its member enjoy good health. Parentsand older members of a family are in a position to take charge of thestate of their mind and body as well as influence family members todo the same before it is too late. Healthy family is better thanwealthy family.
