Low Carb Dinner Rolls
If you are pastry lover like me, baking these dinner rolls can be additictive due to easy to make and tasty to eat and most importantly, the carbs is low which is only 1-2g a roll. I am on keto so carbs intake should be at 20g a day.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Coconut Flour
2 tbs of psyllium husk
1/2 tsp baking pwder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
4 tbs Butter (melted)
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine and make a dough.
- Add psyllium husk if dough is sticky.
- Make 8-10 balls.
- Bake at 180C.
