Fish fish fish!

Im so lucky to work with a boss who loves fishing and loves eating raw fish!
This time his cousin caught heaps of fish and gave us some. really big one!

It was soooo big and heavy! it was very hard to hold!

They were so fresh so my boss and i were filletting the fish and eating some leftover bits with soy source and wasabi straight off the fish! tasety!!!

He also gave me mahimahi's eggs to try. He said it is very nice. i came home and looked up japanese recipe. I cooked with soy source, mirin, sake, water and ginger.
It wasnt too bad.

One day, im hoping my boss takes me out fishing and hoping to catch big fish!!
