I've been on here bout a week or so and I've seen a few posts about Steem Wars. Can anybody give me a summary or point me to some good resources? How can i help out the troops? #teamaustralia

In just a few short hours the virtual huskies of hell will come charging from the Northern horizon. Their eyes are green; and focussed. Their fangs are long and piercing with insight. The thunder of their reputation BOOMS!
Under the warm social blanket of plenitude most canadians slumber. But here on the front the steemians gather. Jaws clenched. Mouse fingers twitching. Search windows open. A running ticker of the price of ethereum (just in case) and numerous stubby beers littering the icicle floor.
Our wifi is strong. Our cell phones are charged. We shall prevail.

I am hoping he is a rogue agent, acting undercover and independently, so as not to jeopardize his Canadian citizenship. I am trying to work out a deal exchanging no wait health care services for his independent contractor services. I may even get bold and ask for some Tim Hortons thrown in to seal the deal.

@thedamus, Hi from #AU and kuddos for your text, so well written, I felt the “fear” you described although I know nothing (yet) of the “steemwars”...
The word “war” always make me shudder. And when I see the word associated to “steem” It seems to me to be contradicting the whole exercise of “global awareness and unity” through Steem. The <“Us” against “them”> sighs.

Hi Patricia, the above was all rhetoric intended only for entertainment — i think that’s perfectly clear. The word ‘War’ in its most literal sense is indeed a most heinous affair, but if juat the very sight of it in written form causes you to recoil, then ya may have to adjust your sensitivity levels... this is Steemit! And it’s a wild place.
