The Season 19 Challenge brings something new to the table, one of which is the Teaching Team.

We have been communicating with fellow steemians who are teachers, and we would like to apply for the Season 19 Challenge to form a Teaching Team. We named our team "The Brilliant Teacher."

Our team consists of people who work as teachers every day at school, we want to be professional teachers who are able to create an active, interesting and fun learning atmosphere for students. Therefore, we, The Brilliant Teacher team, want to share about the experience and knowledge of being a good teacher.

1️⃣ Team leader

Introducing my name Miftahul Rizky, I have joined Steemit since 2017 but at that time I was not very active. At the beginning of 2024 I continued to share posts consistently until now, my posts always contain beautiful memories with my beloved wife and studies about the knowledge I got while attending lectures in the master's program in education management.

My daily activities are working at school as a teacher and data manager, besides that I get the opportunity to work while continuing my master's degree. I myself have teaching experience since 2014 until now. If the Steemit team allows me, I would like to share the knowledge I have and strive to continue to improve it in the future.

👨‍🏫 Learning topics

1. Pedagogical skills: having extensive knowledge is not enough to be a teacher, in addition to knowledge teachers must have skills in teaching and managing the classroom. Examples of weekly lessons, active and fun learning methods, ice breaking in stimulating students' learning spirit, and others.

2. Learning management:
   Being a good teacher must certainly have careful planning so that learning materials can be well received by students, examples of weekly lessons, compiling effective lesson plans, making interesting presentations, and others.

3. Digital technology in learning: We realize that teachers in schools are constantly trying to use digital technology in learning, but unfortunately there are still many teachers who are not aware of the tools that can help them to maximize learning programs in schools. Our team also wants to focus on sharing knowledge about digital technology in learning that can help teachers in schools. For example, Google classroom as a learning media, increasing learning references with e-Books, and others.
