Steemit Learning Challenge Application For Season 23 | Fitness Training Exercises

Greetings


It's honor for me to apply for teaching team of Steemit challenge season 23. Indeed its a good step which give us chance to learn new things while staying at home. I am here to introduce fitness training, it would give people to work on their each body part to strengthen & reduce extra body fat that would be dangerous later in life. Most of the time we are working on laptop and didn't work for healthy body.

The subject I would like to cover

I am working as a nutritionist and I visited school on daily basis the issues I have seen in teachers were their sedentary lifestyle and they were found in different diseases few were definitely due to lack of knowledge about balance diet and the other was to exposure for exercises related activities.

Due to this many of teachers suffering weight gain, diabetes mellitus, under weight and other connected issues. Similarly in our daily life we also faced these issues therefore heart and other diseases are prevalent commonly in our society. I will share the specific exercises for each body part to live a healthy life.

The details of their experience in the subject area be it professional

By profession I am working as nutritionist and my work is to screen students and teachers regarding their general health appearance. I have working experience of about 10 years in my particular field. I have screened them while checking weight, height, eyesight, skin, dental and ear problems.

It would help me to assess either the students and teachers are healthy or facing any issues, similarly I covered community on daily basis and educate them regarding any pandemic issues and deliver lecture how to lead a healthy and balance life by performing different exercises.

Moreover I have joined Steemit in year 2021 and I found this platform one of the best place to explore and learn including earning. I never missed a day to be active and participate in different contests and engagement challenges. Hence I am working as moderator in Steem fashion & style also cofounder and moderator of Steem kids & parents.

I would like to offer my knowledge experience for 6 weeks and I hope It would be useful for my Steemit family.

3 Week Course Lessons

Week 1 Lesson

Chest Exercises

I will briefly explain the about chest anatomy or muscles & it's role in our daily activities. Moreover I will share few exercises that are specific to chest especially for females who face issue related to chest size.

  • Briefly explain the chest muscles function in our daily routine.
  • Perform at least 3 to 4 exercises to strengthen your chest muscles & reduce chest extra fat.
  • Perform them at least 3 to 4 times in a week twice a day and share your experience after exercises.

Week 2 Lesson

Core (Abdomen) Exercises

I will briefly explain the about core anatomy or muscles & it's role in our daily activities. Moreover I will share few exercises that are specific to abdomen as most of the people face issue of increase in abdomen size due to sedentary lifestyle & unhealthy diet.

  • Briefly explain the core muscles function in our daily routine.
  • Perform at least 3 to 4 exercises to strengthen your core muscles & reduce abdomen extra fat.
  • Perform them at least 3 to 4 times in a week twice a day and share your experience after exercises.

Week 3 Lesson

Legs exercises

I will briefly explain the about legs anatomy or muscles & it's role in our daily activities. Moreover I will share few exercises that are specific to legs as most of the times there is extra fat on legs due to sedentary lifestyle & unhealthy diet.

  • Briefly explain the legs muscles function in our daily routine.
  • Perform at least 3 to 4 exercises to strengthen your legs muscles & reduce legs extra fat.
  • Perform them at least 3 to 4 times in a week twice a day and share your experience after exercises.

Content Evaluation


I will try my best to evaluation of the post on the basis of rules of Steemit team. As according to new rule I have design the course that more focuses on exercises then theory so it would reduce the chance of AI content. Furthermore I will check plagiarism and AI contents more carefully. The grades would be given on the basis of post quality.

This all about my strategy in a simple way wanted to know what are the issues people facing regarding healthy lifestyle and through their participating I would be able to know how it can be improved and we lead healthy lifestyle.
