Steemit Learning Challenge: Application for Season 22: Marketing Management

Hi Steemit team,

This is @dove11 along with @sur-riti as my helper applying for the Steemit Learning Challenge for Season 22. I will work under the name and style of "Dev's Team"

We will conduct a weekly program to bring out Steemians to share their marketing knowledge. I will talk about starting a business and creating the right marketing strategies for their projects. I will give some tips and ask questions.

I expect them to answer me in the comments section, and I will amend their points based on their answers.

We all know that starting a business is very easy, but conducting it without proper knowledge is not so easy. One can start a business or startup by investing money, but they need proper marketing to reach their customers.

I want to tell my new business friends based on my experience that if you are starting a business, then what should they do and what to avoid to run their business successfully?

We shall discuss a solid marketing plan that can take their business to new heights. My learning program will help achieve their business goals into reality by providing them with business direction, timelines, actionable strategies, and more.

I am dove11 from the National Capital Region of India, I joined Steemit on May 14th, 2022. I am a qualified mechanical engineer and have PG Diplomas in Marketing Management and special alloy welding technology. I have worked with multinational companies as a marketing professional at the highest level.

  
My last corporate job was as a DGM (marketing) in a multinational company. I have also worked with BRO, the Indian Army's Border Road Organization on a contract basis, and later I took project work overseas as an expert in my field of marketing and project management starting in March 2011.

I am not working on any project right now but likely to get a project in February 2025.

I have completed a short-term online blogging and vlogging course from Udemy, an online education platform.

I am conversant with plagiarism checking and familiar with ChatGPT and how it works. I have been organizing contests in various Steemit communities for a long time.

We propose to offer

1st week: Identifying your business

Marketing for a business or any product is the means through which you can talk to the customer directly. You can sell your product to him. Although there are many ways of marketing in the market today, the most important among them is to identify your business. Only by understanding your business well will you be able to attract your customers. By telling about any special feature of your business, you will see how your business will start growing in a short time.

2nd week Identify your customer

Knowing what type of customer you need to attract to your business. Marketing for your business without knowing the customer will not give you the right result in your business. I will give you some tips that will solve your problems. I would like to hear your views and how you will solve it if you ever find yourself in that position.

3rd week: marketing strategy

Your brand's long-term plan to reach its target audience. The marketing strategy will cover product and pricing, as well as brand marketing and product promotion. We shall suggest everything in detail and ask them questions. We shall ask further questions based on their answers.

4th week: Your long-term and short-term marketing goals

Description of your target audience or buyer persona
One or more multi-level marketing strategies and tactics

5th week: Improve your business network

By maintaining both personal and professional contacts. Your network includes everyone you talk to. How to build a profitable network and explore ways to expand your network so it becomes larger. Based on these tips, we shall discuss your plans.

6th-week advertising strategies

Advertising strategies can help improve your brand. There are lots of resources out there for creating a marketing strategy, and a good one will outline all the details about your product, who your potential customers are, and how you'll reach them.

Note:

This is a question-answer typed assessment program. I will provide tips and expect answers in the same post in the comment section. The points provided in the moderation section stand to be amended based on the poster's answers.

Please note: My queries and your answers in the comments section will be a crucial part of the learning session, and based on your comments, your points will be amended and determine the result of the contest. We shall divide our marking system 2x5 based on 4 questions and the quality of the post. With our knowledge of plagiarism, AI checking, etc... We will check every post thoroughly.

We shall give detailed learning programs in our weekly posts, if selected.

We are sure, based on our proposal and experience of running a similar contest, we will get a chance to conduct this program and spread awareness of marketing management among our fellow Steemians.
