RE: Tauchain y la hipótesis del Basilisco de Roko----parte 2
Excuse my google-Spanish ... :) interesting series. I think any consideration on simulations has to reflect the duality/equivalence of matter-structure or substance-form or software-hardware. They are one. And any consideration of time travel has to reflect the fact that we have -all past contained in any present. The first law of thermodynamics forbids destruction of energy, the second - of information, the third of - ... time.
It is possible that the computer is the human being, its organs the hardware, and its software the mind, connected serially in a collective consciousness, with sufficient memory the time would not be necessary.
Yes, since we can't possibly separate them: substance-form, matter-structure, body-soul, you name it ... they are ONE, than we can imagine that where there is structure, there is substance and there is action. Processing. form=matter=process. In that sense it does not matter what exactly substance it is or even what's the underlying structure at the bottom if it yields us-structure. Thus all reality is 'virtual' or none.
Here all the hermetic principles are grouped.
Yeah, even by staying away from faith and ideology, i.e. the unquestionable answers :). The Science - i.e. the unanswerable questions (i.e. test everything, keep all questions open ... approach ) also leads to this formula that matter=structure=action. Cf.: 'it from bit' http://cqi.inf.usi.ch/qic/wheeler.pdf , and even this is too 'mystic' check.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_de_Broglie#Hidden_thermodynamics
We are the quantum computer. ;-)
