Takeaway @ Kuzina Guadalupe
There is a restaurant in Cebu where you can find it as either a stall in a food court or a full-pledged restaurant where it has its own place. It knows how to widen its market. Kuzina Guadalupe can be found near schools, in malls or food bazaars. It is known its grilled tuna panga or tuna jaw. You can choose from small up to extra large for the size and ranges from 100 to 200 pesos (USD 2 to 4).
The grilled tuna already tasted good even without the sauce. Though the sauce still enriched the tuna's flavor.
We also ordered some spicy shrimp for just 100 pesos (USD 2). You can still opt for the original flavor if you can't take the chilis.
You can't miss getting some boneless lechon or roasted pig, to which Cebu is known for. You can buy a kilo or just a quarter to satisfy those cravings. For those who are addicted to spicy food, spicy lechon is the one for you.
Kuzina Guadalupe also offers individual combo meals or group meals. Again, they accommodate solo or group diners.
