All You Can Eat at Warung Nasi Hasan 3, Banda Aceh

Two days ago we were in Banda Aceh, capital city of Aceh Province. Banda Aceh is a pretty big city in Aceh. There a lot of cafes, restuarants, coffee shops in this city. And there are also many restaurants which provide traditional dishes of Acehnese cuisines. One of the restaurants is Warung Nasi Hasan. Warung Nasi Hasan has three branches in Banda Aceh.

We were having lunch at Warung Nasi Hasan 3 in Pango Village, Banda Aceh. It’s located not so far from Hermes Palace hotel where we stayed. It’s just 3 minutes drive to the restaurant. The construction and interior of Hasan 3 restaurant is simple, but open air. And the most important is they serve special Acehnese cuisine.

All we can eat here, the famous dish is Kuah Beulangong. It’s a special goat meat cooking in Aceh. They use many kinds of spices to serve Kari Kambing (goat meat curry).

You will never forget the taste once you eat it. This dish so favorite culinary for visitors who come to Banda Aceh.

There are also other cuisines we could enjoy here like grilled fish, special cooked chicken, fried shrimps and many more.

We could also eat a fried beef cut small with soy bean sauce. It’s so tasteful.

For dessert, Hasan 3 served langsat. Langsat is the fruits of Lansium tree. It’s cluster yellow fruits. The taste is sweet and a bit sour.

I highly recommend Warung Nasi Hasan 3 for having lunch in Banda Aceh if you travel to this city.
