[Introduction of Korean food] Bossam & Jokbal Restaurant
Hi? I'm @ korea-food.
This time, I would like to introduce food that I enjoy in Korea.
Bossam is a dish made by boiling pork with various vegetables and sauce for about 1 hour.
Jokbal is similar to Bossam, except that the main material is pig leg.
Since both are meat, the food they eat together is often vegetable.
In Korea, restaurants provide a variety of Kimchi and give you fresh vegetables to eat together.
The main dish came with Kimchi.
As mentioned above, I ate with various vegetables.
As I have said several times, Koreans often eat Korean food with rice. I also ate rice and added.
If you come to Korea, I recommend you to visit once.
