Tiệm bánh Nhọ Nồi - Nồi Bakery
NỒI bakery, the name is familiar to us that NỒI bakery has 6 expensive locations of Hanoi as Ba Trieu, Pho Duc Chinh, Le Thanh Tong, Huynh Thuc Khang, Kim Ma and Hoang Cau.
It is decorated with a European style, bold retro and rustic. The entire lighting system is used from wine bottles, old glass jars of all kinds, various colors and sizes. Furniture is also made of unpainted wood pallets.
I choose Nồi at 66 Hoang Cau, Dong Da dist, HaNoi city for gathering my friends. The space of them is divided into two main areas: the indoor area and the outdoor area. When you pass the door, you feel a sense of simplicity, closeness and warmth. It is open and spacious.
Various kinds of pastries in NỒI bakery with various flavors such as strawberry, lemon, blueberry. Cakes includes mousse, nama chocolate, tiramisu, cheesecake, panna cotta, cupcake, caramen, chocolate. Drinks has tea, juice, smoothie, yogurt and coffee to enjoy. The price of each drink and cake is from 1-2$ and 1.5-2.2$.
I order Red velvet-the most famous cake there. It is soft enough, moist enough, spongy, cream cheese sour just right, not too small, enough to mix with bread and melt-in-the-mouth.
Passion mouse is yellow cake. I see sour taste from the first try. I like it.
Blueberry mouse is round cake. This is my favorite mousse in this bakery. Sweet, sour sour just right, extremely delicious, eat a piece just want to call more pieces.
Tip to eat sweet cake is to drink with tea, will not be lost flavor of cake. Lemond tea and kumquat tea is our choices. It is normal.
