After watching Avengers 4: Endgame, it's been 6 pm
Time for dinner, so let's go to have some Taiwanese Food!

下午3點去看Avengers，看完已經6點～
既然剛好有點餓意，就去吃台菜吧！！

It's near The Mira in Tsim Sha Tsui. (You can find the address at the bottom)
Each dish is Taiwanese style~
Duck Tongue Aspic is one of my favourites, but my boyfriend doesn't like it, so we didn't order.

在尖沙咀美麗華商場後方不遠的圓山台灣料理，
果然每道菜都很有台灣風味（與我們之前吃的很台灣夜巿感覺的台菜不同）
這裡還有鴨舌，可是男友不喜歡吃，就沒點了～

Chinese Pickled Cucumber, so crispy~!
This one is free of charge, hoho~~~

在還在點餐的時候，侍應遞上麻油味青瓜，
青瓜口感超脆爽，不小心便極速吃完了一整碟～

極品流沙包內的流沙餡料是起沙的蛋黃醬，
由於餡料不是液態狀，所以並不會洶湧地流出來，
蛋黃醬真的很足料呢！
記得趁熱吃呀！

Taiwan Style Marinated Minced Pork Rice, the photo on the menu is minced pork, but turn out it's two big braised pork, so surprising!
The intermixture of fat and lean are so even.
The amount is suitable for 2 people
It is HK$28

看餐牌上滷肉飯的照片，份量很像不多，肉也只是碎肉，
所以它一上桌時讓我們超驚喜！
居然有兩大枚滷肉！！
滷肉肥瘦均勻，口感很好，
醬汁很多，而且飯量其實不算少，
兩個人吃也覺得OK～

The taste is not too tangy, I like it!
A good match with the pork rice.

這碟法國長豆炒雙蚌的豆和蚌也很爽口，
味道不太濃，很合我的胃口！
裡面遇有三色椒作配菜，清清淡淡的味道卻不會覺得單調，
用來配搭擁有濃濃滷肉味的飯好正！

Beancurd Dessert in A Wooden Bucket, so smooth~
We saw many people ordered this, so we think we should try it~
Actually, this amount is for 3~4 people (a TV programme said Tofu is good for the health of blood vessels and our skin)
I added brown sugar instead of syrup, feels like more healthy.
One point worth mentioning is that, the wooden bucket is a very good utensil for keeping warm. The beancurd inside is still warm when we finish it.
Just HK$88 for a whole bucket!

眼見差不多每桌都會點豆腐花來吃～
我們最後也跟著點了…一桶！！
其實這一桶足夠3、4人共享，
但因為我太想吃，所以還是點了～
（最近看電視說多吃豆製品能讓血管更健康，皮膚也會更好！）
豆腐花很滑，
平時我都愛加黃糖粉（加糖漿的話很不健康呢～）
雖說這一桶份量真的很多，
但因為很美味，
所以我們兩個人居然吃光了！！！！！！！
另外，直得讚賞的是，
承載豆腐花的木桶裡面其實是保溫質料，
所以即使放久了，
豆腐花還是熱哄哄的呢！！
