Dry Bak Kut Teh for dinner
Today i decide to try this hawker stall that sell dry Bak Kut Teh . Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶), is literally translated as "Pork Bone Tea" in hokkien dialect.
This stall sell 3 type of dish. The normal Bak Kut Teh , dry Bak Kut teh and drunken chicken . All for RM9.50 with rice included.
This is how it look like when it is done. If you order the dry type, you will get a bowl of bak kut teh soup .
A closer look at the dry bak kut teh.
Inside got lady finger , pork meat and pork intestine . If you don't like pork intestine , i suggest you let them know when you order.
I find it just average. I don't really like pork intestine so today meal is not really great for me .
Next time i will ask them to don't put it in .
The stall is locate at Restoran Mang Chuang .
