Selling and buying food via apps is already proven to be a new style in selling food. The physical presence of space is not always important for some food outlets. In fact, the popularity of food vendors focused solely on selling foods through digital applications, and only selling one type of food is often much more popular than food vendors with outlets.
One of the food hawkers with no physical space that made me curious was the Bagong Black Seaweed Rice. This squid rice is so popular, and even some culinary accounts have uploaded photographs in the not too distant span of time. Massive presence of photographs of this black squid rice, plus the avocado ice shake made me curious and wanted to try it. Finally after delaying several times, I decided to order it as my late lunch menu. I ordered a large serving of black squid rice, and avocado ice shook via the popular apps.
