Soes Merdeka datang dari Bandung dan cabangnya menyebar ke Jakarta. Tentu saja soes adalah andalan toko kue ini. Seperti aslinya, cappuccino dan cokelat. Selain itu ada juga roti donat, kue, kue tar dan kue kering. Termasuk Lapis Surabaya, Chiffon Cake, Cake Cheese, Pandan Cake, Black Forest, Bolu Roll, Almond Cake dan Brownies.
