Salad of the Small fish in a pond

Structure
sprats - 1 bank,
potatoes - 2 pieces (average),
carrots - 2 pieces,
onion - 2 pieces,
eggs - 2 pieces,
hard cheese - 50 g,
garlic - 1-2 cloves (wish),
green onions and greens of fennel or parsley for ornament,
vegetable oil for frying,
mayonnaise,
salt
Preparation
To boil potatoes in a uniform, to cool, rind and grate.
Eggs to boil, cool, clean and grate.
To grate cheese.
At several small fishes to separate tails and to postpone for ornament.
To knead other sprats a fork.
To peel onions and to cut small.
Carrots to clean and grate.
On the frying pan warmed with vegetable oil to fry onions with carrots till golden color.
To lay out the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl layers. Each layer to salt and grease a little with mayonnaise.
1st layer: potatoes
2nd layer: onions with carrots
3rd layer: sprats
4th layer: cheese
5th layer: eggs
To cover the top layer with mayonnaise, to strew with chopped greens and to accurately thrust tails a sprat and plumelets of green onions.
