An incredible dinner! - A Tasteem Review
Last night we ate in a place that is a cross between a pizzeria and a bar, in fact the room is located exactly between the two activities, communicated with each other. It is a small place, there are about 30 seats but in the summer there are also outdoor tables that significantly increase the available tables. The environment is however very welcoming, clean and reserved and decorated harnesses.
We ordered some frying appetizers like chips, mozzarella and olives. I really liked the bruschetta with philadelphia and ham, the bread was slightly toasted to give a greater crunchy sensation. The speck and scamorza rolls completed the excellent way our appetizer, served in freshly baked terracotta bowls.
The pizza is really very good, very thin and well seasoned. The dough is really light and crunchy and I haven't left any residue on the edge. Perfect cooking! The dessert closed our dinner beautifully: a spectacular chocolate cake garnished with fresh cream and a typical dessert soaked with a little rum and cream! Wow!
