사산 염소
Sate 염소는 염소 고기로 만든 음식의 일종입니다. 염소 고기는 얼룩덜룩하다. (대나무로 뚫어진 모양으로 약간 큰 막대기처럼) 향신료와 허브로 맛을 낸 후 불에 태워 준다. 프레젠테이션은 갓 썰어 진 양배추, 토마토, 양파 배추를 곁들인 다음 간장을 넣고 고추를 뿌려줍니다.
