IKAN TONGKOL PANGGANG SAMBAL ANTI KOLESTEROL
DEAR STEEMIANS,
Ikan Tongkol panggang sambal anti kolesterol sebenarnya sama saja sambalnya matah yang tidak mengandung kolesterol.
Bahan - bahan yang dibutuhkan :
- 2 kg Ikan Tongkol segar
- 1 sendok makan garam
- 1 buah jeruk nipis.
Cara Memanggang Ikan Tongkol
- Siang Ikan Tongkol lalu cuci bersih
dan jangan lupa di iris kecil. - Taburi garam
- Peras Jeruk Nipis dan rendam ikan
Tongkol tersebut selama 10 menit. - Setelah itu panggang ikan dua kali
15 menit.
Bumbu Sambal Anti Kolesterol.
- 11 buah cabai kecil hijau, lalu iris
Cabai tersebut setelah dicuci dulu - 5 siung bawang merah tunggal dan
di iris kecil. Jangan lupa dicuci
dulu. - 3 buah bawang putih tunggal, lalu
Cuci dan iris kecil-kecil. - 2 buah jeruk nipis, lalu peras
Dagingnya saja. - 1 buah tomat cuci dan belah dadu.
