Sapa is one of the places with beautiful scenery, and it also has delicious food. Pho and noodle is also a great dish here.This is my favorite noodle restaurant when I was in Sapa. And now i live in Hanoi - where I live and work. Every morning, I remember this dish. This is a famous dish in Sapa. In Hanoi also has this chicken noodle dish but does not taste like in Sapa.:((((
When I arrived in Sapa, the hotel owner introduced me to this restaurant. He said: "This is the best noodle restaurant..
My family has been traveling to Sapa for 3 days, and we have breakfast at this restaurant every day.
All the main ingredients are made by the shop owner, which is made of red rice of the H'Mong people, in Ta Chai commune, Bac Ha district, Lao Cai. Chickens are raised on mountains, not industrial chickens, so they have a tough, crunchy and sweet taste. A bowl of pho has very little chicken, and is expensive, but I feel this chicken noodle is delicious, that's why I eat pho continuously for 3 days. Bac Ha chicken noodle has been branded for 15 years.

Pho is brown (it's special). because pho in everyone's mind is always white.

Every morning, we ordered 4 bowls of chicken pho, and 10 crullers. Pho prices in Sapa are twice as expensive as those in Hanoi. Pho is expensive but delicious hehhee
