Tarot Tuesday February 25, 2020

It’s another Tarot Tuesday. Here in Colorado, it is a very cold and windy day. The kind I like to have a nice warm cup of tea and sit by a warm fire. But as I have a lot to do today I am not going to be able to do that.

So here is today’s card pull I am using the Mystical Manga Deck by Rann with text by Barbara Moore. I will be doing a three-card pull and only pulling more for clarification. If you like this deck you can get it for yourself. Just click on the picture below.

What does the Universe need me to share?

First Card is the Two of Cups:
Divinatory meaning: This is that moment when eyes meet across a crowded room and both people just know. Whether it is romantic, platonic, business, or some other type of relationship, this is that exciting moment, full of the promise of something deeper. While this card promises an intense connection of some sort, there are no guarantees that it will turn into something more. For now, though, the possibility of more is more than enough.

Advice: Be open to and optimistic about this new connection, enjoying the pure magic of it. But don’t ruin it by dragging expectations into the picture.

Second Card is the The Star:
Divinatory meaning: This card marks a period of rest and healing. The things your spirit needs to rejuvenate are close at hand and for this time, however short or long, you can exhale and relax. During this time of calm, it is easier to find your true north. The next inhale brings inspiration and an eagerness to continue on, knowing things will be okay in the end.

Advice: Take it easy. Relax and enjoy this respite. Don't wait for the other shoe to drop. Do what you can to restore your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Identify your North Star and learn to see it under any circumstances.

Third Card is Three of Wands:
Divinatory meaning: Choices have been made and actions have been taken. Initial responses show early indications of success, but the story isn’t over yet. Now it is time to wait and see what happens. Like the figure in the card, you are waiting for your ship to come. Will it be laden with treasures or will the contents fall short of your expectations?

Advice: Make use of this time by doing what you can to help things along and plan for your next step.

With this reading, I feel like we have a new connection on the horizon. That we should relax during this downtime but also plan what is your next move. There is something that is coming that we need to be well-rested for but also has plans for.

For myself, I have been burning the candle at both ends. I need to remind myself to take a respite every once in a while. So I am making a plan on how to better utilize my time.
