The seals of US government agencies are like big tarot keys. As such, these seals can be used in divination. For example, if you take out the seal of the Federal Treasury, that means you can expect a cash flow. If you extract the seal of the CIA that means someone is inquiring about you. The Homeland Security emblem means you're safe. The emblem of NASA means travel, vacation. The NSA emblem means that you are the target of a stalker. The emblem of Department of Energy indicates an increase in libido. Drug Enforcement Administration is a bad sign for dealers but good for light drug users. The appearance of the FBI emblem means that you will be added to some false profile on your favorite social network etc.

Well, it's never known. If the US government raises the budget to promote its emblem as a tarot keys, perhaps we experience it too. ;)
