Today in group we had a client go through and advise his peers on how he manipulates them. This dude was able to pinpoint the weak spots of every single client - and therapists. He played the husband role for women in rocky marriages. The son role for parents grieving dead sons. The flirt to women with low self esteem. He even played as 'weak' for the alpha males in the group in order to keep them in line for future opportunities to manipulate them. And he'd only known them for 8 days.

Aren't people so great? I love it!

There are intuitive people out there that can read you like a book. They'll be the person they think you want them to be in order to get what they want from you.
