Day 3

Today was a joyful and productive day. I had a worry that I wouldn't get everything done that I need to get done this weekend, but I am learning that in fact I get done what I need to, without needing to worry. And, worrying doesn't help!

I am amazed at how quiet my body is, and how much I am enjoying the feeling of letting my sexual energies circulate throughout my body. There is a sense of being taken care of, being well, that I can't quite put into words. But it's very important, and about as valuable an experience as I've ever had.
